• Hostname or Server Address: ___________________________

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open VPN Settings

• Click the Start Menu (Windows icon).
• Type VPN settings and click on VPN Settings from the search results.

2. Add a VPN Connection

• Click Add VPN.

3. Configure the VPN

Fill in the fields as follows:

• VPN Provider: Choose Windows (built-in).
• Connection Name: Enter a name like Meraki VPN or your company name.
• Server name or address: Enter the Hostname provided above.
• VPN type: Select L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key.
• Type of sign-in info: Choose Username and password.

4. Enter Credentials

• Username: Enter your username.
• Password: Enter your password.
• Pre-shared key: Click on “Advanced options” and enter the Shared Secret.

5. Save the VPN

• Click Save.

🔄 To Connect to the VPN

• Go back to VPN Settings.
• Click on the VPN connection you just created.
• Click Connect.

🧪 Test the Connection

Once connected, try accessing a company resource (like a shared drive or internal website) to confirm the VPN is working.
